Order securely online anytime. If you prefer you can print out an order form and mail it along with your money order to the above address.
I accept all major credit cards via Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account it only takes a moment to sign up and it is free! I also accept money orders. Please NO personal checks.

Shipping:
Current shipping time is approximately 3 business days after cleared payment. Business days are Monday - Friday. If you have concerns about shipping times or need an order for an upcoming event (to be used for a birthday gift, stocking stuffer, etc…) please email me before placing your order to be sure I am able to ship your bows in time for your special day.
All bows are wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a sturdy brand new cardboard box before shipping.

Return policy:
I want all of my customers to love their bows and keep coming back. Due to the fact that ALL items are hand made upon order, I do not allow for refunds or exchanges. All measurements of finished products are stated within the descriptions for your convenience. However, if there is an error on my part, please notify me and I will make it right. All bows are made to be worn to the right (if you are standing in front of your daughter it will be your right, her left) unless specified. If ordering piggy tail pairs one bow will be made to the left and one will be made to the right. If you have a preference of right or left you must put your preference in the comment section upon checkout. Failure to specify is not a valid reason for making a return. If you have any questions regarding one of my items, please feel free to contact me before placing your order.
Cancellation Policy:
Once you have placed an order I am unable to cancel it even if it has not shipped yet. Placing an order means you have agreed to all shipping terms. Please familiarize yourself with shipping times BEFORE placing your order. Shipping times can always be found on my home page and on this page under shipping.
